Q. What does the process entail? @ It exactly what it sounds – cleaning your carpets with steam (and chemicals), or sometimes also known in the industry as “hot water extraction” (Google it for videos, etc).
Q. How do I prepare? @ Please move all your belongings and furniture (usually anything over 20lbs is the rule, leave other stuff in place) because its your stuff so we don’t know where to move your stuff, plus very difficult to price it out. Please also dry vacuum, you will get better results.
Q. How long have you been in business? @As per the graphic, since 1995. Our founder, Mark, got a summer job while in university cleaning carpets. Later on started his own, and later on expanded the various services the company does.
Q. What does it cost exactly? @We provided pricing above, on the website, and below some example scenarios based on previous jobs.
